How you will create an impact As a Senior specialist, Data Analytics in the GLCR Service delivery team, you will have an exciting opportunity to work across multiple business areas, gaining deep insights into AIG’s products and services across multiple businesses. In addition, you will be part of the Program’s transformation efforts in rolling out Data Analytics program and supporting the use of automation across the department. GLCR Service Delivery department is seeking candidates who have excelled in previous work experience, possess strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic about and committed to AIG to contribute to the firm’s strategic goals. You will be expected to bring an Analytical and Innovation mindset to a team-oriented environment. Some of the key responsibilities include: + Strong problem-solving skills with emphasis on AI, Data Analytics and Automation. + Mine and analyze large amounts of data from multiple data sources to identify and interpret patterns that are applicable to the Compliance organization. + Develop models using various industry standard tools to automate manual processes. + Collaborates with leadership to manage the financial analytics platform of GLCR, including budgeting, forecasting, financial and accruals reporting. + Manage department Analytics Infrastructure and Data Warehouse. + Refine, Manage, and Monitor Ongoing GLCR Models, dashboards, workflows and bots to ensure they run at defined frequency and promptly troubleshoot or fix any failures. + Good working knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning. + Good understanding of Risk based Analytics with goal to provide assurance on Global Legal, Compliance and Regulatory (GLCR) risks. + Provide ongoing surveillance, review, and analysis of key risk indicators to identify red flags and potential violations. + Proven track record in Analytics Storytelling and effectively communicating findings. + Build close working relationships with business and functional leaders, colleagues across other assurance functions, and fellow team members. + Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize value of the Analytics Solution. + Experience using statistical languages (Python, R) to manipulate data and draw insights Qualifications + 2-5 years of relevant AI, analytics and Automation experience. + Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Information Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, , and/or other related discipline. + Experience developing solutions utilizing Analytics, AI, database, and Visualization tools (e.g., SQL, KNIME, Oracle, Snowflake, Power BI, R and Python). + Experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft stack, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Co-pilot studio and Fabric. + A strong drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques. + Experience in building and managing Robotics Process Automation bots. + Ability to create and manage SharePoint and other vendor-based Workflows. + Strong interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with and provide constructive feedback to stakeholders, colleagues and reviewers. + Strong verbal and written communication skill, including presentation skills. + Effective time management skills; coordinate and prioritize competing initiatives while meeting deadlines. + Ability to document processes, and transfer knowledge to team members. + Strong attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy and on-time delivery. #LI-AIG At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
