Senior Sourcing Manager

Effectively developing and leading global sourcing strategies, effectively managing suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance for the relevant spend area. Consistently delivers measurable and strategic goals to enable a competitive advantage to bottom-line and topline company growth, and corporate social responsibility leadership. Collaborates effectively internally and with suppliers. Develops effective multi year negotiation strategies to enable success. Leads highly complex cross functional global sourcing teams. Manages a global spend of $200 Million plus depending upon market complexity. May mentor or manage other procurement professionals. 5+ years experience\n\nKey projects:\n•\t Supporting tier 2 ingredients focusing on eggs and bread\n•\tSignificant portion of the process\n•\tEggs Portfolio: Continuing working, onboarding suppliers, matching products, ensure suppliers can meet compliance, sourcing skills, pricing, risk management, project management\n•\tBread: Evaluation based on RFP, doing analysis of RFP, driving recommendations, cross functional alignment with varying teams

Daily Responsibilities:\n•\tSupplier engagement\n•\tPrice Negotiation\n•\tCoordination with planning and sourcing team\n•\tContract Management\n•\tEngagement with Product development team\n•\tProject management and coordination\n\nInteraction level with team:\n•\t Highly interactive\n•\tWorking with planners, sourcing, suppliers, engagement with QA and product (menu) team\n•\t70% collab, 30% solo heads down work\n\nTechnology requirements?:\n•\t Microsoft Office Suite\n•\tTableu (data gathering and analysis)\n•\tPower BI (data gathering and analysis)\nDegree or certifications required?:\n•\t N/A but could be nice to have\n•\tCPM (preferred)\n\nYears experience?:\n•\t5+ years\n \nRequired background? Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
