The Sr. Sourcing Initiatives Leader for New Commercial Products will be the process owner for contract management & performance reviews. They are responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Procurement & Supplier Management processes, standards, and capabilities that improve stakeholder outcomes across the Sourcing organization. This role owns sourcing-specific ERPs, processes, and tools, and drives on-time deployment through strong influencing skills and deep expertise in Procurement &Supplier Management systems, Contract Management & Review, and standard work.
The position solves high-complexity problems within Procurement & Supplier Management processes and tools, communicates complex messages to diverse stakeholders, and negotiates internally to align on direction. Design, develop and deploy new processes, standards and capabilities within Results Delivery Office initiatives for the Strategic Sourcing organization. Embracing continuous improvement to aid the internal stakeholder in achieving customer outcomes. Own sourcing specific ERPs, processes and tools.Deploying process and standards on time utilizing influencing skills and expertise in P&SM systems, tools, Contract Management & Review and existing standard work.High complexity problem solving within P&SM processes, standards and tools. The base pay range for this position is 140,000.00 - 160,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on February 14th, 2026.
