The Sr Solutions Architect serves as the technical and architectural owner of the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) systems landscape. This role involves designing, managing, and evolving the integrated architecture across Marketing, Sales, and Partnership platforms to enable scalability, reliability, and data integrity throughout the full customer lifecycle. As a hands-on individual contributor role, this position is accountable for system design, integration strategy, data flow management, and maintaining technical standards across various platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Conquer.io, Tray.io, ZoomInfo, Qualified, and other related GTM technologies.

Responsibilities

Owns end-to-end solution design throughout the GTM customer lifecycle, partnering with Business Systems Analysts to translate business requirements into scalable, build-ready architectures across all GTM systems. Defines and oversees GTM architectural standards and reference designs, evaluates new platforms for fit and scalability, and guides decisions regarding build-vs-buy options and integration approaches. Produces and governs architecture artifacts (e.g., diagrams, data flows, sequence models), and reviews and approves designs submitted by internal teams and vendors. Translates business requirements into scalable solution designs across lead routing and attribution, PLG/PQL pipelines, sales engagement, ABM, enrichment, and partner lifecycle automation. Reviews approved designs with GTM Systems leadership and Business Systems Analysts prior to hand off to internal engineering, admins, and external partners, ensuring they contain sufficient detail to enable efficient, high-quality delivery with minimal rework. Owns GTM data quality and reliability by defining governance, deduplication, identity resolution, attribution integrity, and monitoring standards in collaboration with RevOps, Marketing Ops, and Product Analytics. Serves as a senior technical expert for GTM initiatives, partnering with GTM Systems leadership to ensure designs address the needs of Marketing, Sales, and Product/Data Engineering teams. Provides informal technical leadership that fosters a collaborative, supportive, and high-trust culture, encouraging shared ownership, continuous improvement, and innovation among internal teams and external partners.

 

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), required Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, required. Master's degree (or international equivalent), preferred 5+ years of related experience, required. Experience in solutions architecture and technology project leadership, with a focus on sales and marketing technology stack design and implementation, required. 9+ years of related experience, preferred. Extensive knowledge of modern GTM technology ecosystems with the ability to design scalable, secure, and integrated architectures across the full customer lifecycle. Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, build-ready solution designs for business leaders, analysts, and delivery teams. Proven capability to lead solution design efforts across cross-functional teams and partners, guiding work through structured, agile delivery processes. Strong technical judgment in defining architecture standards, evaluating platforms, and guiding build-vs-buy and integration decisions. Demonstrated collaborative leadership that fosters trust, constructive design review, and a culture of technical excellence. Ability to travel less than 5% of the time. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required. Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.

Pay Transparency

The base salary for this position is $107k to $139k USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
