Job Family Definition:

Provides consulting to businesses, functions, and geographies that utilize IT services and drives effective business engagement for IT. Understands the specific goals and needs of the business, function, or geography and represents those needs to the IT organization. Develops and maintains relationships with appropriate members of the business/function/geography organization. Works to align business, function, and geography requirements with IT plans and priorities. Facilitates business, function, and geography involvement in IT projects to identify requirements, gather feedback, and finalize scope. Identifies opportunities for IT to leverage solutions across business, function, and geographic organizations. Establishes effective processes for managing the relationship on an ongoing basis. Communicates IT standards and new IT solutions, processes, and policies to the businesses, functions, and geographies. Connects business/function/geography “customers” with appropriate IT technical resources when technical discussions are necessary.

What you’ll do:

Responsibities:

Architect must be strong functional knowledgeable in all SAP modules [ Enterprise structure, Fixed Assts, GL, AR, AP, Banking and Treasury, SD, MM, Supply Chain]Architect must have strong working experince on SD and Supply Chain. Additional experince of working on FI is a plusShould have designed new solutions based on customer requirements and best practicesDevelop and maintain documentation for configuration, testing, integration, and compliance processesKeep abreast of SAP best practices, new technologies, and compliance standards to ensure continuous improvementParticipates as a subject matter expert and leads cross-functional development teamsDesign system architecture that ensures scalability, security and reliabilityDefine the integration architecture and ensure the seamless interoperability of systems and servicesAnalyze and translate business needs into solutions and architectureDevelops innovative multi-team solutions to complex problems with substantial impact to HPE’s strategic technical direction.Ensure that proposed solutions align with business goals and technology strategiesProvide guidance to functional and development teams during the implementation phaseShould be able interpret compliance requirements and translate to the business process for IT solutionsLead efforts to resolve integration challenges and technical roadblocksCreate and maintain architectural documentation including design blueprintsEnsure that the solution complies with internal security policies and relevant industry regulations.Work closely with project managers and delivery team to ensure the successful solution deliveryEstablish and enforce best practices and governance frameworkEnsure consistency in the architecture across different projects and initiatives.

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years experience.Looking for Senior Solution Architect with at least 10-12 years of experience and experience of SAP S/4HANA

Knowledge and Skills:

SAP certification (SD,  S/4HANA, FICO) is a plus.Advanced understanding of modern software developmentAdvanced understanding of Software Test methodologies, and an expert in testing toolsStrong Business Analysis skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated influencing skills at the executive level, and a high level of technical and team leadership skills.Knowledge or implementation experience in AI is a plusShould have excellent communication skills
