We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect with expertise in Cloud technologies (Azure and Oracle) to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT systems and solutions, with a proven track record of designing complex architecture for cloud-based and on-premise environments.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will work closely with the other Architects in the team, business stakeholders, development teams, and senior leadership to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that align with the organization's goals and meet the unique needs of the healthcare sector.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead the design and provide implementation oversight of complex cloud-based, on-premise and hybrid solutions using Microsoft Azure, Oracle cloud technologies, and other relevant platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure that solutions are aligned with organizational goals and meet the needs of the healthcare industryProvide thought leadership and best practices in architecture design, cloud strategy, and integration across on-premise and cloud environmentsDesign secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud and on-premise architectures while ensuring compliance with healthcare industry regulations such as PIPEDA, HIPAA and other relevant standardsGuide teams in developing solutions that optimize cloud resources, improve system performance, and reduce costsAssess and recommend new cloud technologies, tools, and best practices for improving healthcare IT systemsConduct architectural reviews with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible and align with overall business strategyMentor junior architects and other technical staff, providing guidance on architectural design, best practices, and industry trendsLead migration projects from legacy systems to modern cloud-based solutions in the healthcare environmentStay up-to-date with the latest trends in cloud computing, healthcare technology, and regulations, ensuring the solutions delivered are innovative and compliant
