Years of Experience: 2-5+ years of Senior Software Test Automation Engineer related experience. Skills: • Advanced Programming: Strong proficiency in programming languages like C#, .NET, Java, and Python. • Complex Test Design: Ability to design and implement sophisticated test scenarios. • Test Automation Architecture: In-depth knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG). • Mentorship: Capability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address automation issues. • Continuous Integration: Advanced understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab. • Collaboration: Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
