We have a Sr. Software Quality Assurance position opportunity available! We are looking for self-motivated and passionate professional that will perform the below responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Provide Technical and program leadership to the QE Analysts on the Quality Engineering Team as part of Development Programs and Projects, supporting Content Management/Delivery Platforms, Systems, and related Applications.Work as a member of the WK dXg Platform Services Team to help support an effective QE capability to underpin and support Projects, Programs, and the management team's strategic goals with the use of AI tools and capabilities.Provide direction to QE Analysts/Interns to successfully plan and execute QE Programs.The Sr. Software Quality Analyst, will report to the QE ManagerParticipate in reviews and provide feedback on Requirements, Design Documents and Specifications, and Project Plans and Initiatives from a Quality Engineering and testing perspective.Coordinate efforts within the QE Team to increase the use of automation and related tools so as to increase reliability, repeatability, quality, and time to marketAssist QE Analysts in reviewing Business Requirements and Software System Designs for gaps and testability.Train the Interns and the junior testers on QE practices and process adhering to the QE COE guidelines and Standard operation procedures.Develop effective and efficient Test Strategies to support Development Programs, Projects, and Prototyping activitiesAssist QE Analysts in troubleshooting and identifying root cause of issues uncovered during testingCreate Test Plans that define the testing scope and approach for projects with the usage of AI toolsAssist QE Analysts in developing and defining test data requirements to execute defined test strategies.Direct the day-to-day QE deliverables for the QE projects with maximizing AI tools and technologies and FAB agentsTake directions from the onshore leads on Quality engineering strategies.Conduct daily/weekly Issue Review MeetingsRepresents QE for Assessment phase of assigned projects to assemble estimatesProactively determine more efficient test approaches to increase quality and reduce overall QE costsDevelop end-to-end test plans with other teams to ensure complete system testing coverageGenerate project status reportsParticipates in yearly team objective progressParticipates in Escaped Defect Analysis process and maintain all quality dataMaintain all JIRA project setup and data maintenance for projectsIndependent QE thought leadership to drive evolving QE processesIdentify meaningful gaps in the QE process on an on-going bases that will drive measurable improvements in QE testing effectiveness using AI and reduced defects into UAT and Production

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years in testing activitiesExperience in leading projects within own team as well other related teams, acting as a resource for other QE Analysts on projects with AI initiatives delivered.Multi-disciplined technical background, (Networking, Application Development, SQL DB)Experience in performance, capacity, and endurance testing, as well as results analysis and recommended remediation is required.Working in Agile Scrum and DevOps environmentsExperience in test automation and integration with continuous build build/integration systems is required.Strong system troubleshooting and analysis skills requiredExperience in the following areas is desirable: enterprise platform operations, content management and delivery, search engines, system engineering, and performance testingStrong collaboration and mentoring skills with AI application in the day to day deliverables.Strong verbal and written communication, particularly in crafting messages and status reports to Senior Management and Business PartnersThis position is global in nature and requires interfacing with and supervising multinational teams. The successful candidate must work comfortably across numerous time zones and amongst culturally diverse teams.
