As a Senior Software Engineer, you will provide guidance and support regarding best practices, industry standards, and process improvements across HR applications. Five plus years experience with Workday is required.
You will work closely with our partners to ensure that their requirements are met and that the applications developed are delivered on time and to the highest possible quality standards.
This is a HYBRID position, with the current requirement of bi-weekly, Wednesday and Thursdays.

To Be Successful You Should Possess
U.S. Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in another country required. Experience combined with specialized training/certifications can be considered.5+ years related work experience.Program Language and Technology:Excellent knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Recruiting, Compensation, and Talent Management.Integration tools including Studio, EIB, Connectors, Java , XML, XSLT, and Web Services Experience with Web Services and APIs: (WSDL (Web Service Description Language), SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol), REST (Representational State Transfer) and WS (Web Services) standards.Knowledge in Integration security (ISU, PGP Key, MFA).Proficient in report writing, creating custom objects, custom reports, and calculated fieldsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Must have a working knowledge of a SDLC and Project Life Cycle methodologiesFormulates plan outlining steps required to develop program and submits plan to users for approvalApplies the concepts of System Acceptance and User Acceptance Testing during the development processProvide clear documentation for implementationsEnsures back-out plans are addressed and documented
