Primary Responsibilities:

Understand low level requirements via PRD's(Product Requirement Document) and FSDs(Functional Specification Document)Design and implement software solutionsWrite, code review, and maintain high-quality codeParticipate in defects triaging and fixingTroubleshoot and debug complex issuesStay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practicesComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in developing software projects primarily using Java as a programing languageGood experience in Frameworks like Spring (Model-View-Controller/Inverse of Control/ Aspect-Oriented Programming) and ORM as HibernateExperience in working on AI technologies like: LLM Models, Co-Pilot, GenAI/Prompt EngineeringExpertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and practices and an inclination to do hands on codingSQL knowledge preferably with Oracle as DatabaseProven excellent problem solving and debugging skillsProven ability to develop High & low-level designProven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global teams


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing software productsExperience in BRMS (Business Rule Management Systems) tools and technologies, especially with authoring of rules in DMN (Decision Model and Notation)Exposure to AWS cloud and ReactKnowledge of US healthcare domain
