Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer to work in the Payments Network group with strong experience in Go Lang and is a good team player.
Role
•\tWork cross functionally to build and design scalable solutions, systems, and databases, as well as exercising creativity in architecting new product ideas
•\tParticipate in code reviews, mentorship, and architectural decision making
•\tContribute to the entire implementation process for new applications and enhancements to existing applications
•\tMeet with business partners to understand business needs
•\tContribute to overall solution design
•\tResponsible for build and test of applications
•\tConduct root cause analysis and complex performance tuning



All About you:
•\tBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field.
•\tAt least 7 years’ experience in software engineering
•\tAt least 2 years’ experience with Go
•\tExperience with Unit Testing and Test-Driven Development methodologies
•\tFamiliarity with creating and maintaining containerized application deployments with a platform like Docker
•\tExperience with protocol buffers and gRPC
•\tExperience with Python 3.8 or higher desirable.
•\tProven experience (2 years) building and maintaining data-intensive APIs using a RESTful approach
•\tExperience in configuration management tool such as Ansible/Chef
•\tStrong understanding of CI/CD Pipelines in a globally distributed environment using Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Docker registry, etc.
•\tExperience on Linux platform
•\tAgile delivery experience
