**Job Requisition ID #** 25WD94008 **Position overview** We are looking for a self-motivated backend developer with expertise in Server-side software development to join our Fusion 360 Data Services dev team. This team develops, maintains and supports Data Management services, including Fusion Team, for Autodesk flagship product Fusion 360. Autodesk Fusion 360 has over a million users globally, it is a next generation CAD application with an ecosystem of Client & Server components, next generation Web client, SDK and a variety of Cloud Services that interact with world leading CAD Products such as AutoCAD, Inventor and Revit. **Responsibilities** + Work in ahighly professional scrum team thatowns criticalmicro services that are the foundationofFusion 360Data + Write high-quality, clean, and efficient code following the development guidelines + Proactively and continuously evaluate and address issues related to performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility of the systems + Contribute to test automations not only in writing them but also in monitoring andmaintainingthem + Collaborate withstakeholders likeProduct Owner, ScrumMaster,and team members to understand, analyze requirements andtranslate these requirements into high quality micro services to drive customer satisfaction + Research and prototypeinnovative ideas, technologies and patterns relating to the task + Deliver results that meet product user stories withan elevated levelof quality and customer satisfaction **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, InformationSystems,or equivalent experience + 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud services and applicationsdevelopment + Strong understanding of Java programming language,object-oriented design principles, Spring andJersey + Experience in developing andmaintaininglarge-scale micro services withstrongunderstanding of Caching (preferably Redis), Distributed Tracing,Eventing(Preferably Kinesis)andScaling techniques + Experience in developing RESTful web services using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Jersey + Experience with Relational and NoSQL database technologies,e.g. MySQL, DynamoDB + Hands-on experience with unit and automation testing tools such as JUnit, Cucumber, JMeter etc. + Working knowledge of UML, Software Design Patterns, Distributed Systems,Resiliency, andSecurity + Strong troubleshooting skills by performingStack traceAnalysis, Thread and Memory profiling, Remote debugging + Experience with Build and CI/CD tools like Gradle,Maven,Docker, Jenkins + Experience with Git or equivalent version control system + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Willingness to work with colleagues across different time zones + Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) stack - ECS, Lambda, Batch, Step Function, API Gateway,CloudFront,S3, SQS, etc. + Familiarity with Python and Groovy + Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React.js, Redux + Experience with Agile development practices + Experience with Search technologies like Lucene and Elasticsearch + Experience working with Jira and Wiki **Learn More** **About Autodesk** Welcome to Autodesk! Join us! **Salary transparency** Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $98,600 and $144,650. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
