 The Team: You’ll work as part of our backend team to build and maintain Java-based services and APIs.Contribute to development, and gradually take ownership of smaller modules/features. Strongcommunication skills, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset are key. Performance Objectives
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices• Build and enhance SaaS-based applications with a focus on scalability and reliability• Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices• Work with MongoDB and other data stores as required• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes Competitive Candidate Profile • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development• Strong understanding of Core Java concepts• Experience designing and developing microservices-based architectures• Hands-on experience with SaaS application development• Strong working knowledge of MongoDB• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation• Proficient with GitHub for source control and collaboration• Working knowledge of AWS services and cloud deployment• Good understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems Nice to Have• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools• Understanding of security best practices in cloud applications• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teamsTechnology Stack: Java, Spring, MongoDB, RestAPI, Git, GitHub
