Get to Know the Role

We are seeking an experienced and experienced Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack to join our innovative team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions that span both frontend and backend technologies.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Architect and develop fullstack applications using modern technologies and best practicesDesign and implement robust, scalable, and efficient backend services using GolangCreate responsive and interactive user interfaces using React and other frontend technologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresOptimize application performance and improve system efficiencyParticipate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussionsMentor junior developers and promote best practices within the teamTroubleshoot, debug, and fix complex software issuesContribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and toolingStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in fullstack development

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on fullstack developmentStrong experience for Golang for backend developmentExpert knowledge of JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks, particularly ReactExperience with distributed systems and microservices architectureSolid understanding of database technologies, including MySQL and NoSQL databases like AWS DynamoDBFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure and' AWSStrong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structuresExperience with version control systems GitLabKnowledge of RESTful APIs and web servicesFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesExperience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partnersExperience with large-scale web servicesContinuous learning mindset and passion for staying updated with emerging technologies
