And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** + As a Senior Development Engineer with CVS Health, you will have an oversight of internal applications + You will help with leading the work and coordinate with both business and IT stakeholders. + Excellent communication and time management skills in addition to a firm understanding of contract management life cycle and Agile methodology. + Lead the applications as a technical owner and accountable for all things related to application strategy, performance and future enhancements. + Work in a collaborative environment, contributing to agile ceremonies + Lead the design of efficient and user-friendly software products to advance and support business needs and required to be hands on with coding. + Establishes a clear vision aligned with company values; sets specific challenging and achievable objectives and action plans; motivates others to balance customer needs, budgets, and business success. + Supports both the business and technical understanding of the customer experience, back-end technologies/capabilities and business operations. + Ability to manage to a timeline in a fast-paced business environment **Required Qualifications** + **Conga CLM Implementation Experience** : At least 2 full-cycle implementations are often required.indeed + **Salesforce Expertise** : Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and integration. + **Apttus/Conga Configuration & Customization** : Experience with clause libraries, templates, workflows, and approval processes.indeed+1 + **Data Modeling & Migration** : Ability to model contract data and migrate legacy contracts into Conga CLM. + **Integration Skills** : Familiarity with APIs, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and third-party integrations. + Building, testing, and deploying code to run on cloud infrastructure + Experience in Scrum/Agile development methodologies **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong skills in design and solution engineering across both on premises and cloud infrastructure + Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization + Ability to navigate the technical teams to support the application with new initiatives and programs. + Cloud development experience + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Capability to mentor junior and mid-level engineer resources + Proficient with communication across multiple levels of an organization **Education** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information systems or related field OR equivalent experience **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $101,970.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
