What Will You Do?

Architect and implement scalable, high-impact systems end-to-end, setting technical direction through hands-on leadership and code contributionsLead cross-functional problem-solving for complex, ambiguous challenges—independently designing approaches, resolving roadblocks, and delivering measurable business outcomesElevate team capabilities through code reviews, pairing sessions, and technical mentorship while fostering a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvementPioneer innovative solutions by identifying emerging technologies, prototyping proof-of-concepts, and championing engineering best practices across the organization

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must-Have Skills:

Advanced programming expertise in Python/Java, with strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practicesStrong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems independentlyCloud architecture experience with hands-on work using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or OCPData engineering and AI/ML knowledge, including data modeling, ETL processes, and model deploymentAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related technical field5+ years of experience in software development or related technical roles

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Hands-on experience with cloud data lakes (Snowflake) and AWS Cloud EcosystemExperience with AI/ML architecture patternsHands-on experience with LLMOps (monitoring/observability) tools
