Senior ServiceNow Developer - LATAM
Job Description We are partnering with a large insurance organization undergoing a major maturation of their ServiceNow platform and are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support critical enhancements across the ecosystem. This individual will play a hands-on role in configuring and optimizing key modules including CSDM, CMDB, Employee Center, Request Management, Virtual Agent, and Software Asset Management. The developer will help improve foundational data, streamline workflows, and support integrations - most notably between Workday and ServiceNow - to automate employee lifecycle and provisioning processes. Skills and Requirements • 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration • Advanced experience supporting CSDM and working with foundational platform data • Solid understanding of CMDB structures, discovery, and data integrity best practices • Experience configuring Employee Center and building or improving request workflows • Working knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, ideally supporting HRIS platforms such as Workday • Proficiency with JavaScript and comfort working with ServiceNow APIs, connectors, HTML, and CSS • Experience supporting or configuring Virtual Agent • Exposure to Software Asset Management (SAM) implementations or expansions • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally in an enterprise environment • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS • Background working within highly regulated environments such as insurance, healthcare, or financial services
