Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Scrum Master

Scrum Master experience including thorough understanding of Agile, Scrum methodologies, managing multiple scrum teams, conducting necessary scrum ceremonies, play a single point of contact role for the stake holders, etc.,
The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that each team member follows the framework of Scrum.
They make sure everyone knows their role and helps coach them through any unclear parts while also guiding larger teams using this method effectively.
Scrum Masters oversee project timelines and split up tasks, so team members are not overwhelmed with too many responsibilities at once.
They even take notes during meetings to ensure essential information is shared with the right people.
Conduct Scrum ceremonies
Publish the status report/metrics
Oversee the team members
Single point of contact for the stake holders
Ensure project required documents are created, reviewed and documented
Job Expectations:
Hands-on experience in Jira
Risk Management, Issue Management, Change Management process
Good understanding of scaled agile, scrum day to day activities
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge
CSM, Safe Agile certifications
Willing to overlap US hours
