Under the indirect supervision of a manager, you plan and organize cross-functional projects and develop consumer-centric objectives and strategies in response to business needs. You also interact independently with senior management and stakeholders.
**How you will contribute**
You will deliver on single or multi-stage complex projects, meeting standards and time frames by designing research and producing quality, actionable data. You will lead all aspects of qualitative and quantitative consumer research and ensure that the data gleaned is translated into a cohesive story. To that end, you will interpret results, report and present findings, and make recommendations that contribute to decision making. In this role, you may also lead descriptive panels, training, data analysis, reporting and assess panelist’s performance, interact with your peers, junior developers/marketing and other colleagues, and may take on supervisory responsibility when completing assignments. This role requires and understanding and the application of multivariate statistical methods to gain deeper understanding and insights from the research. Teamwork is essential in this position because you will participate on teams where new methodologies and capabilities are evaluated, proposed and implemented. You will partner with key stakeholders (R&D and commercial/insights) to ensure that the work is aligned with strategic priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and the highest standards of work and environment, health and safety are maintained.

+ Qualification in food science, engineering, psychology, sociology, food technology, food chemistry or similar
+ Experience in Consumer Science including Qualitative and quantitative consumer testing methods
+ Understand statistical methods and application to sensory / consumer research to analyze data and interpret results
+ Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy to create solutions and work independently
+ Digital fluency – comfortable using digital research tools and data platforms.
+ Handling multiple priorities and adhering to deadlines
+ Working with cross-functional teams and business partners
+ Project planning and management skills
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to clearly convey findings and influence through evidence
+ Work with cross functional teams and business partners
+ Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment for self and others
+ Microsoft Office applications

**What you need to know about this position:**
+ Responsible for Beyond the Core (BTC) innovations (transformational, adjacencies, some geo-expansions) as well as foundational/exploratory learning as MDLZ considers entering new categories or new category-country combinations. Utilizes innovation excellence principles to unlock insights that drive growth
**What extra ingredients you will bring:**
+ Strong qualitative research background: foundational, strategic, white spaces
+ Desire to explore new tools and methodologies: experimentation mindset to find the best way to unlock consumers insights
**Education / Certifications:** Degree holder, preferable with Sensory / Consumer qualification
**Job specific requirements:** Strong knowledge of Consumer Science / Consumer Insights
**Travel requirements:** Wroclaw, Poland; travel as needed for research less than 10%.
