Job Title: Senior Scientist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Scientist to join our team on an on-call basis, providing support as needed up to 40 hours per week based on project workload. The role is an \"on-call\" term position from February 2026 to April 2026. This position offers a flexible working environment, allowing you to contribute to impactful projects concerning greenhouse gas inventories and air quality assessments.
Responsibilities
Develop Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG inventories.Review air quality permits and prepare agency documentation.Quantify emissions including NOx, SOx, PM, and VOCs using standard factors.Draft technical reports and environmental impact assessments.Essential Skills
Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.3 to 5 years of experience in air quality/environmental consulting/GHG Programs.Familiarity with EPA GHGRP/CARB GHG MRR.Proficiency in MS Excel and strong data management skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Environmental Sciences expertise.Experience in environmental consulting.Knowledge of environmental impact assessments.Work Environment

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lincoln, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $50.00/hr.
