In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven SAP Success Factors Professional to join our SAP team in Athens.   

Advise our clients on the technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactorsDesign of business processes with the use of SAP’s best practicesHR business process analysis, design and implementationContribute actively to business development activities; participate in the RFP process; preparing the necessary documentationCoach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development

What you bring matters 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or other relevant fields

Over of three (3) years of proven relevant work experience in SAP projects

Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges

Relevant professional certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules is a plus

Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and writing skills in English and in Greek
