WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an SAP Application Expert, you will together with your team be responsible for maintaining and developing the application end-to-end, including initiate, design, create functional requirements, test and do configurations in the SAP solution. You will be responsible for identifying gaps, issues and workaround solutions. You will act as a liaison between business functions and technical team. You will be a part of a team and work with highly competent people with H&M Groups advanced SAP platform which is used all over the world. You can work with both global roll out of the template solution or strategic maintenance over time with lots of opportunities to learn and develop and take part in different initiatives. We strive for compliance, quality and efficiency in all our financial and supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
You will enable business development by your system- and business knowledge, where you propose and design high level changes for future solutions and participate and guide in questions regarding design of roll-out or other projects to secure the global template. Furthermore, you will:
Analyze business requirements and come up with solutions.Configure and/or write functional specifications to develop new functionality.Test, support and maintain your product within SAP Outbound B2B.Manage the full software implementation life cycle, including configuration in SAP, test planning and execution, deployment to test and production systems, and support during and after go-live.Coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Business Analysts, Architects and Product managers.Take ownership of resolving complex issues related to SAP Outbound B2B collaborating with AM teams when necessary.Optimize existing SAP Outbound B2B solutions for performance and efficiency.Contribute to business process optimization and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.Perform impact analysis.Mentor and train junior members in the team.

We deliver world class solutions in Logistics, Financial supply chain and Financial Global compliance for Outbound movement of goods and services for Business-to-Business flow.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with experience in SAP Sales & Distribution area regarding design, concepts, principles and configurations. You can work independently as well as in a team and you understand the importance of sharing knowledge as well as being communicative. Furthermore, we believe that you have:
10+years of experience within SAP SD and should have been part of 3 implementations and 2 support projects.Strong knowledge and work experience in SAP MM, specifically relating to STO processes.Good understanding and work experience relating to SAP ECC integration with SAP EWM or 3PL WMS systems.Strong work experience in areas relating to Warehouse to Store & Warehouse to Warehouse Inventory moves.Experience working with/in Retail clients or Retail organizations.Strong understanding of overall Supply Chain / logistical processes.Proficiency in SAP SD configuration, requirement / gap analysis, creation of functional specification, user training & documentation and support.Strong understanding of SAP SD-MM and SD-FI integration.Ability to explore alternatives to recommended solution and identify and shortlist the best solution approach.Good understanding of Wholesale business process and solution configuration in SAP.Strong experience in major enhancements involving RICEFW objects using APIs, BAPIs/BADIs.Ability to design custom solutions.Experience in e-transport solutions.Additional beneficial competences:
ABAP debugging skills.Hands-on experience in integration with external systems.Experience within Agile ways of working is of great use.Good MS office skills, as design improvements need to be documented and presented.Experience working with S4Experience in SAP Retail is an added advantage.Personal characteristics:
