The Spain Salesforce team is a multinational team which provides support and evolution for the Salesforce & Sales Service Cloud organization that supports Spain Healthcare domestic operation processes: customer service, claims management, medical pre-authorizations, complaints, incidences
The Salesforce Senior Developer will combine administration and salesforce development skills and knowledge to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the solution.
We need a candidate with strong technical and communication skills in English and Spanish to support and improve the system based on stakeholder needs. This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more. Additionally, the Salesforce Senior Developer will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users, and adding basic custom fields.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Create and Manage Changes to the System -
+ Proactively seek out and identifyneeded system changes.
+ Proactively gatherfeedbackfromusers.
+ Managesystem changeswithoutinterruption to theuser.
+ Communicatesystem changestotheusersinadvanceso they understand thechangeand how to useitpriortoimplementation.
+ Gatherrequirementsfrom end users.
+ Modifythesystemtoincreasebenefitsand usability.
+ Managethechangecontrolprocessand“ChangeManagement” Committeeifappropriate.
+ Manageallprocessesthatimpact / relatetoSalesforce.com.
+ Managenewreleases of SFDCand efficientlyrolloutnewfeatures.
+ Createand maintain fields,views,reports,dashboards,and othersalesforce.comobjectsand functions.
+ Createcustomobjectswhen necessary.
+ Handleon-going customization/ alteration of Salesforce.com.
+ Maintain,enhanceand createflows,functionsand configurationswithintheSalesforce.com environment.
+ Createnewreporting capabilitiesand respond toad hocreporting requestsasneeded.
+ Providesupportfunctionsasneeded.
+ Providesalesand financialdatatocompanyexecutives.
Support the Center of Excellence Maintaining System, Security and Integrity -
+ Maintain security including sharing rulesand security levels.
+ Design,Createandmaintain userroles,profilesand hierarchies.
+ Monitorapplicationusageand dataas needed.
User Assistance, Training, Adoption and Satisfaction -
+ Createand administertraining to existing or newusers/groups.
+ Provide one to onetraining to end users on an on-going basis.
+ Expand use of Salesforce.com – attend planningmeetings,assistwith determining if/howsalesforce.comcan beusedin newwaysasopposed to purchasing a newinternalsystem.
+ Assistmanagement tocreateprocessesin salesforce.comtohelp monitoractivities, trends,cases, etc.
+ Communicateregularly with userbaseregarding newfeatures,enhancementsand changestothesystem.
+ Monitorusageandmentorusers/groupsneeding assistance.
+ Continuallyseekways to furtherenhancetheend-userexperience.
+ BethecompanySME on Salesforce.com.
Process Creation, Documentation and Maintenance -
+ Documentcompanyprocessesand workflows.
+ Develop processdocumentation and field maps.
+ Createnewprocessesandassociated reporting.
Data Quality, Migration and Maintenance -
+ Assistwithmigrationfrom oldersystems/processesintoSalesforce.com.
+ Importdataasappropriate.
+ Monitorandmanageexception logs for back-end systemintegration with SFDC.
+ Manageduplicaterecords.
+ Monitorand improvedataquality.
Report and Dashboard Creation and Maintenance -
+ Createand maintain dashboards.
+ Createand maintain reportsincluding foldermaintenance.
+ Develop complex,macrodriven reportstosummarize system information forSeniorManagement.
+ Build and managereportfolders for reps to improvesalesefficiency.
**ESSENTIAL** **REQUIREMENTS:**
The Salesforce Senior Developer needs a solid understanding of the organization’s business. They must have solid salesforce.com skills and ideally, understand the general concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Most importantly they should be proactive, organized and logical.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ 3 to 5 years of Salesforceadministration experience
+ In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDCand havesuccessfullyexpanded on thosecapabilitiesusingcustom code (Apex, LWC)and/orintegrationwithexternalsystems
+ Experience with Service cloud and Sales cloud.
+ Strong reporting background using standard reporting toolsincluding standard salesforce.comreporting functionality
+ Previousre-engineering experienceupdating anexisting Salesforce.com configuration toprovidesolutionsforreporting,workflowsandenhanced functions
+ Salesforce.com administration and/or development certification
+ Detailoriented and self-starterwith strong writtenand interpersonalskills
+ Abilitytoworkindependently,aswellaspart of a team
+ Provenability to utilizeSalesforce.com as ananalysistool
+ Minimumexpectation of a Bachelor’sdegree OR equivalenteducation/experience
