Senior Sales Engineer, Enware

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
+ Identify and develop new business opportunities with plumbing merchants, distributors and key clients in healthcare, aged care, education, and industrial markets.
+ Build strong relationships and introduce innovative sanitary ware solutions to existing and new customers.
+ Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
+ Organize and participate in client training sessions and product demonstrations.
+ Attend industry events and provide insights on market trends and competitor activities.
+ Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to schedule deliveries, handle technical customer service requests and act as a key contact for customer support within the region to maintain high service standards.
+ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
Experience:
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in sanitary ware sales within UAE (GCC experience preferred).
EDUCATION:
+ Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Design, or a related discipline.

QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Strong technical aptitude in Enware product and understanding of solution-based selling.
+ Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally to customers and internal teams.
+ Valid UAE driving license.
+ Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements in the UAE/GCC region.
+ Proven ability to conduct consultative technical sales, including needs analysis, solution presentation, and proposal development.
+ Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions.
+ Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
+ Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders at all levels.
+ Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving project opportunities to closure.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
+ Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on product developments and industry trends.
