Senior Reward Consultant

Cushman & Wakefield are looking for a Senior Reward Consultant to join the team. You will provide strategic guidance on reward equity and bonus policy development, ensuring compliance and efficient process design, particularly for internationally mobile employees. You’ll partner with key stakeholders to deliver fair, data-driven, and scalable reward solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Advise business leaders on reward and benefit policy development, process implementation, and payroll compliance.Develop global tax compliance strategies for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation for internationally mobile employees.Deliver cross-border tax and social security compliance and consulting services, leveraging technology to optimise processes.Prepare EMEA payroll reports to meet reporting and withholding obligations on long-term incentive awards.Assist with annual compensation rounds, ensuring data accuracy and stakeholder alignment.
Contribute to job architecture and job levelling frameworks.
Support and advise on reward policies, including bonus, equity, and benefits.
Skills & Exeprience:
Proven experience in reward and benefits, gained in a corporate or consulting environment.Experience in compensation is desirable.Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and working with Power BI.Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional customer and client relationship skills, committed to delivering high standards of service.Strong data skills: Excel, Power BI, and Workday is dseribale but not essential.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
