We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Revenue Planning Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on leading the implementation of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process from the commercial side, ensuring alignment across key functions such as Sales, Finance, and Demand Planning (DP). You will play a pivotal role in aligning business strategies with revenue targets, driving effective decision-making, and ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration. Your role will be critical in managing the country’s revenue reporting, facilitating the IBP cycle, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Revenue Reporting and Financial Alignment:

Develop and manage Net Revenue reports in collaboration with Finance to track business performance and align with financial objectives.

Ensure that integrated plans are reflected accurately in financial forecasts and business scenarios, working closely with Finance.

Align IBP activities with financial forecasts and objectives to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Prepare consolidated reporting for Net Revenue targets and performance, supporting cross-functional alignment meetings and ensuring business strategies and targets are met.
 

IBP Process Facilitation & Stakeholder Management:

Facilitate the implementation of the IBP process from the commercial team side, ensuring ongoing alignment with Sales, Finance, DP, and Senior Leadership.

Collaborate with Sales and stakeholders to build contingency plans within the IBP cycle, addressing potential risks and opportunities.

Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders on the progress of IBP processes, forecasts, and decisions during the IBP cycle.
 

Process Improvement and Best Practices:

Continuously assess and improve IBP commercial processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Promote a culture of collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and accountability among commercial stakeholders.

Lead the adoption and rollout of new Sales Forecasting tools (e.g., Navigator) within the organization.
 

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).

Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance, sales operations, demand planning, or a related field.

Proven ability to engage stakeholders and perform data analysis to drive business decisions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and interact with senior leadership.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for translating data into actionable insights.

Advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory); experience with Power BI is a plus.

Solid commercial and financial acumen.

In-depth knowledge of financial forecasting, integrated business processes, and demand planning.

Proven track record in driving process improvement initiatives.

Fluency in English.

Knowledge of customer and category trends is a distinct advantage.
