Job Description The Reliability Engineer will be joining our client's team in Maryland. This Engineer will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating R&M program plans. They will do risk assessment and failure review board meetings. This position will pay $175,000-$200,00 a year depending on years of experience. Skills and Requirements *Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, aeronautics, or electronics (ABET Accredited)  *Ability to use Microsoft 365 to include Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint  *10+ years of experience as an R&M Engineer or relevant R&M experience  *DOD Acquisition experience  *Ability to do some limited travel *Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance *Leadership Experience *NAVAIR Experience
