Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Human Resources department, supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title: Senior Recruiting Coordinator**
**Location: Johnston, RI. HYBRID (4 days a week onsite)**
**Duration: 4 months with the possibility of extension/conversion**
**Pay Range:$29/hr on W2**
**Role Type: Recruiting Coordinator**
**Business Line: Retail recruiting; supports end‑to‑end coordination, scheduling, candidate communication, sending offers, and automated interviews (Paradox).**
**Requirements: Strong coordination skills.**
**Experience: 0–3 years; HR/TA/recruiting experience preferred.**
**Work Style: Able to work independently and in a team; strong communication during handoffs.**
**Tools: Oracle Recruiting Cloud.**
**Assignment Length: 4–5 months, with potential to convert.**
**Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days in office.**
**KPIs: Focused on scheduling timelines and other talent advisor metrics.**
**Team Structure: Supporting 6 different recruiters.**
**Interview Process: 2 virtual interview rounds.**
**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews for various positions, including reserving conference rooms and managing video conference setups.
+ Confirm start dates with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding and preboarding processes.
+ Assist in creating and supporting offer letters and other recruitment documentation.
+ Support candidates and recruiters in navigating the applicant tracking system, ensuring timely completion of application and offer acceptance processes.
+ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling or process issues efficiently.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience supporting recruitment or human resources functions in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other relevant software tools.
+ A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
