About the Role:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will take on a more strategic role in the recruitment process, contributing significantly to the overall talent acquisition strategy. You will leverage your experience to attract and secure top talent while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and support strategy development.Conduct full-cycle recruitment for standard roles, ensuring a seamless process.Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through advanced networking techniques and referrals.Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.Assist in refining recruitment processes to enhance efficiency.Advise hiring managers on best practices for talent acquisition.Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice.Utilize recruitment data to provide insights and suggest improvements.Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring a smooth recruitment process.Stay informed on industry trends and integrate best practices into daily tasks.

Education and Experience:

Diploma/bachelor's degree.8–10 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, especially in SaaS sales hiring.Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Proven problem-solving ability and experience working in fast-paced environments.
