The recruiter will support a wide range of salaried roles within manufacturing from production supervisor to procurement positions located across the Prysmian footprint in North America. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role where a strong sense of urgency is essential requiring the ability to manage diverse job profiles and shifting priorities in a dynamic setting. The recruiter position is located onsite in McKinney, TX.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Strong sourcing skills—especially with passive candidates—using tools like social media, job boards, networking, and referrals.Solid understanding of recruiting processes and how to attract a diverse range of candidates.Comfortable using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience is a plus!).Forward thinking, problem solver.Familiarity with hiring laws and best practices.Experience in a global business environment is a bonus.Great multitasking and project management skills.A recruiter who can communicate openly and confidently, engaging in honest conversations with candidates and hiring managers to ensure the right hiring decisions are made — even when it’s not easy.Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
