We are currently seeking a Senior Recruiter (Account Manager) to help maintain our commitment to excellence as we continue to grow. This position requires a high level of independence, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage high-volume recruiting while delivering exceptional client and talent experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for clerical, light industrial, professional, and/or specialized positions through advanced sourcing strategies including online recruiting, networking, cold calling, referrals, and career eventsLead full-cycle recruiting efforts including recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidatesServe as a trusted advisor to clients by effectively marketing candidates and selling staffing solutionsManage high-volume recruiting for both blue- and white-collar roles while maintaining quality and complianceConduct and oversee skills testing, background checks, employment verifications, and drug screensEnsure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with branch leadership to support account growth, client retention, and workforce planningMentor and support junior recruiters by sharing best practices and contributing to team developmentThrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and deadlines RequirementsPrior recruiting experience required (staffing industry experience strongly preferred)Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and high-volume workloads successfullyStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clients and candidatesExceptional organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skillsIntermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to quickly learn and effectively utilize staffing and recruiting software What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus commissionAffordable health care plans100% employer-paid vision premium50% employer-paid dental premium (orthodontic coverage available)401(k) with company match (5%)Flexible PTO and sick time bankGym membershipPersonalized training and development with a structured onboarding programCareer development and advancement opportunities About The Reserves NetworkThe Reserves Network is a leading provider of Staffing Services for the Office, Industrial, Professional, Technical, and Healthcare markets.
