As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across various departments. Your focus will be on strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder partnership. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring that recruitment strategies align with business goals and compliance standards.
ResponsibilitiesConduct full-cycle recruitment for audit, accounting, loan operations, foreclosure, and default roles.Recruit for financial and lending roles in the banking sector, with a focus on candidates from FinTech or private equity firms.Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing insights and guidance on recruitment processes.Utilize ATS platforms and HRIS systems, such as SuccessFactors, to streamline recruitment efforts.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during recruitment processes.Essential Skills5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in the financial services, FinTech, or banking industry.Proficiency with ATS platforms and HRIS systems, such as SuccessFactors.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Additional Skills & QualificationsProven success in sourcing and hiring for strategic and technical positions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.Work Environment
Work from Monday to Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays. This role offers a 6-month open-ended contract.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
