As a Senior Quality Engineer for ATM systems, you will have the opportunity to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of critical banking infrastructure relied upon by millions. This role focuses on designing and implementing advanced testing strategies, including automation, performance, security, and resilience testing, while ensuring compliance with standards like PCI-DSS.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SRE and development, to define service-level objectives (SLOs), enhance observability, and drive innovation in areas such as chaos engineering, accessibility testing. You will help build robust, scalable, and user-friendly ATM systems.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for ATM software, backend services, and API integrations including validating API integrations between ATMs, core banking systems, and third-party services to ensure seamless functionality
Perform security testing to ensure compliance with PCI-DSS standards and safeguard sensitive data
Execute chaos engineering experiments to test failover, disaster recovery, and system resilience under real-world scenarios
Validate observability systems, including dashboards, alerts, and telemetry, to monitor ATM health and performance
Collaborate with SRE and development teams to define and achieve SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets ensuring system reliability and performance
Perform accessibility and usability testing to ensure compliance with standards, enhancing user experience
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to streamline development cycles and improve deployment quality
