The Opportunity

In this instrumental role, you will support the E2E External Quality Operations organization in implementing reliable, efficient business processes and data frameworks. You will be a champion for innovation, simplifying our business landscape and enabling real-time action through advanced digitization.

Perform comprehensive business analysis to outline problems and opportunities, providing data-driven solutions that enable effective decision-making across External Quality.

Lead the creation and implementation of IT infrastructure and system solutions, serving as a primary ambassador for digitization and organizational change management.

Support and maintain critical quality management tools, including the testing and validation of SAP S/4HANA, MDMS, and the Supplier Risk Scorecard in Tableau.

Drive the overarching data strategy to ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of Quality data adheres to ALCOA+ principles and strict regulatory standards.

Provide vital operational support by optimizing SAP quality configurations and maintaining master data to prevent supply bottlenecks and ensure compliance.

Act as the central Point of Contact for business stakeholders and IT, leading continuous improvement initiatives for key applications such as SAP and Veeva.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert during site audits and inspections, applying sound judgment to escalate and resolve potential quality or regulatory issues.

Who you are

You are an analytical thinker with a passion for digital transformation and a deep understanding of how robust data structures drive success in a regulated manufacturing environment.

You hold a university degree in Informatics, Applied IT Sciences, or possess equivalent professional experience in a technical business analysis role.

You possess strong foundational knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Health Authority regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, and Data Integrity principles.

You are highly proficient in a diverse technical toolkit, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and advanced data visualization within Tableau.

You demonstrate extensive experience handling large datasets and have the ability to analyze existing databases to provide strategic software recommendations.

You are a quick and pragmatic thinker, skilled at applying lean and agile methodologies—such as Scrum or Product Ownership—to simplify complex topics.

You possess mandatory, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, and ideally bring additional familiarity with SAP ECC environments.

You are a well-organized professional with excellent communication and time-management skills, capable of navigating a fast-paced, high-stakes global network.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 115,328.00 and 151,368.00 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
