Senior Quality Assurance Administrator

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Administrator in Commercial Banking as part of the Commercial Banking Flood Operations team. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

Conduct quality control reviews on Commercial loans for FDPA and Flood Insurance requirements

Ensure that Commercial real estate collateral is correctly identified during all pre-close reviews & Standard Flood Hazard Determinations (SFHDs) are on file when a loan is secured by real estate

Communicate overall processes & transaction quality, providing feedback to appropriate contacts regarding identified deficiencies or issues

Provide support for other initiatives as needed

Execute against control framework to ensure rigor of controls as well as servicing activities

Work collectively with leaders, team members and stakeholders to sets a high standard for regulatory compliance and execution

Support the development and execution of a risk control framework

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge and understanding of commercial real estate loans & the ability to review and interpret complex commercial loan documents

Knowledge and understanding of FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency)

Knowledge and understanding of National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and Flood Disaster Protection Act (FDPA) compliance and process

Ability to read and interpret legal documents

Ability to successfully execute quality control review activities

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Experience managing a pipeline of work from assignment to completion

Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Experience with financial services businesses in a regulated environment

Risk and regulatory compliance experience

Job Expectations:

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$25.48 - $36.54
