**Job Description: Salesforce QA Analyst** **About the Role** We are seeking a detail-oriented **Salesforce QA Analyst** with strong functional testing experience across Salesforce clouds and business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in validating Salesforce configurations, workflows, integrations, and UI functionality while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators. **Key Responsibilities** + Develop, execute, and maintain **test cases, test scripts, and test plans** for Salesforce applications. + Perform **manual functional testing** , UI testing, workflow validation, and end-to-end business process testing. + Conduct **data validation, integration testing** , and regression testing across Salesforce modules. + Work closely with business users to understand requirements and ensure complete coverage of **lead-to-opportunity** , **case management** , and **marketing journey** processes. + Validate **business rules, security roles, profile permissions, and sharing settings** . + Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as **Jira** or **Azure DevOps** . + Support **UAT planning, execution, and coordination** with business stakeholders. + Ensure test documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with defined QA standards. **Required Skills & Experience** + Minimum 7+ years of work experience in Salesforce.com Projects. + Should be expertise in Salesforce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services and Marketing). + Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, including: + **Sales Cloud** + **Service Cloud** + **Marketing Cloud** + Hands-on experience with **manual Salesforce functional testing** and **UI testing** . + Expertise in validating **workflows, automation rules, data integrity** , and integrations with external systems. + Experience with **defect tracking and test management** tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). + Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex Salesforce business processes. + Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. **Preferred Qualifications** + **ISTQB Foundation Level Certification** (preferred) + **Salesforce Administrator Certification** (preferred) + Knowledge of regression testing frameworks and UAT best practices. + Experience working in distributed teams (offshore/nearshore model).
