About the Role
Management of term contractors (building, pest control, cleaning, plumbing & sanitary, carpark, etc.) to uphold the maintenance of the common area.
Handling of feedback and complaints from building users.
Liaising with contractors for building defects and ensure that the repair works are being carried out and updated Client upon the completion of the works and ensure that Client is satisfied with the job do.
Supervision of term contractors and ensure that daily operations are going smoothly.
Ensure that the vacant units are readily good for viewing for prospective tenants.
Preparation of monthly reports for clients.
Ensure all fault cases are promptly follow up and closed in the FEMS Prepare & check all the monthly service report that was done by the Term Contractor before submit to Manager for verification.
Source for quotations and prepare cost estimates.
Ensure all the M&E System are in operational condition and shall rectified & report to Manager of abnormality.
Review the proposal given by the contractor of any fault or defects highlighted after their servicing.
Arrange meeting with Client, Term Contractor & Tenants (if required) for planning, of shutting down the system, and do site surveys, check for any impacts occur during the cause of work.
Any other work assigned by Superior.
About You
Diploma in Facilities Management or relevant field.
3 years of relevant Facilities Management experience.
Experience in commercial properties would be highly advantageous.
Working location: West part of Singapore.
Do expect a 5.5 day work week.
