CBRE's services include transaction and project management; property management; investment management; valuation; real estate leasing; strategic consulting; real estate sales; mortgage services; and development services.** **We offer a B2B contract.** **WHAT WILL YOU DO:** + You will undertake the day to day management of the shopping center + Cooperate with third party services to fulfill company and client’s expectations + Coordinate different kind of tasks and manage people inside and outside of the organization + Draw up a business plan plus prepare OpEx, CapEx and marketing budgets for the property + Liaise with the tenants, client and it’s banks where appropriate, on all day to day matters + Active manage of receivables collection + Prepare of PM performance reports together with Lease Administrator on monthly and quarterly basis + Cooperate with client in all lease management connected issues and implementation of leasing data into clients system + Handle the correspondence with tenants and authorities + You will prepare inquiries and compare the prices of suppliers' services + Identify asset enhancing opportunities across the portfolio **OUR REQUIREMENTS:** + At least 3 year of experience on the position of Property Manager (Retail sector preferred) is a must + Languages: English – intermediate both written and spoken (B2 level); Polish - native/fluent + Good interpersonal and communication skills + Highly motivated, focused and energetic + Able to work under stressful circumstances + Ability to adapt easily in the new environment + Good analytical skills + Good Knowledge in Excel **WE OFFER:** At CBRE, you can pursue your career the way you want.
