About the Role:
Provide end-to-end leadership of mall operations, covering tenant relations, leasing support, marketing & activations, facilities, finance, and administration.
Own the asset’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, service charge management, billing, collections, and P&L accountability.
Drive footfall, tenant sales, and brand positioning through strategic marketing campaigns, events, lifestyle activations, and casual leasing initiatives.
Act as the primary liaison for owners, investors, and key stakeholders, delivering performance reporting, insights, and value-enhancement strategies.
Lead, develop, and inspire on-site teams and vendors across operations, marketing, facilities, and security to deliver consistent service excellence.
Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company governance while overseeing CAPEX, refurbishments, and improvement projects.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
8–12+ years of experience in retail mall, lifestyle hub, or mixed-use property management, with proven senior leadership exposure.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with hands-on experience managing budgets, P&L, cost optimization, and revenue growth initiatives.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple vendors, and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
Strategic, customer-centric leader with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
