This role supports the day‑to‑day accounting for a portfolio of properties and requires strong attention to detail, solid understanding of accounting principles, and hands‑on experience within a property accounting environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Support full‑cycle accounting activities for an assigned group of propertiesPrepare monthly financial reports and assist with period‑end closeReconcile accounts, review general ledger activity, and ensure accuracy of financial dataAssist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tenant billing processesMaintain property‑level financial records and address routine accounting questionsParticipate in budgeting, forecasting, audits, and general reporting needs

Preferences:

Bachelor's DegreeExperience with any property management or accounting softwareStrong Excel skillsPrior property accounting or real estate accounting experience
