Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager - Water to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this key role, you will lead and oversee complex water infrastructure projects, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and delivery.

Lead and manage medium to large-scale water infrastructure projects from conception to completionDevelop and maintain project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectationsProvide technical leadership and expertise in water treatment technologies and infrastructure designCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutionsPrepare and review technical documents, including memoranda, planning studies, and design specificationsIdentify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development and client relationship managementEnsure compliance with local and international water regulations and standardsMentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and developmentRepresent the company at industry conferences and professional organizationsStay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the water sector

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering; Master's degree preferredProfessional Engineering license or equivalent certificationMinimum 15 years of experience in water infrastructure projects; 20+ years preferredProven track record in managing complex water projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocationStrong technical knowledge of water treatment technologies and infrastructure designExperience in project delivery methods, including traditional and alternative approaches (e.g., Progressive Design Build)Familiarity with water regulations and compliance standards in the UAE and internationallyExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesCustomer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality resultsAbility to build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development effortsWillingness to travel as required for project needsKnowledge of the local water industry in Dubai and the UAE is highly desirable
