Senior Project Manager-Jacksonville Market Construction Projects
**Aboutthe role** TheSenior Project Manager provides consulting services to Jacksonville, FL clientaccounts to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Acting asa seller/doer the Sr. Project Manager will partner with CBRE brokers to offerclients commercial real estate solutions. Thisjob is part of the Project Management function and responsible for themanagement of projects from initiation through completion. Projects include fitouts/buildouts, renovations and ground up construction for retail, lifescience, industrial, healthcare, and corporate office clients in theJacksonville market and local area. **This is a hybrid opportunity and must belocal to Jacksonville, FL available 3 days/week in office or on jobsites.** **Whatyou’ll do** Leadall facets of project and program management (budget, schedule, procurement,quality & risk) for multi-asset facility projects. Coordinatecommercial real estate projects and ensure project team understands andimplements safety requirements, operations, policies, and procedures. Conductsite visits to lead all aspects of the progress of construction and monitor thestatus of work completed during the delivery schedule ApplyingCBRE standards to multifaceted real estate documents related to agreements,contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings. Leadby example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values(Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence). Anticipates potential objectionsand persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, toadopt a different point of view Managesproject reports, stewards account-specific Key Performance Indicators andpromotes overall program improvements. Performs training and ongoing mentoringfor junior-level staff. Buildingrelationships with clients to ensure projects are being delivered againstestablished expectations and to explore opportunities for program improvements. Identifiesproject delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individualproject qualification processes; conducts standard requests for proposals;completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients. Implementcommunication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keepclient and project resources briefed. **Whatyou’ll need** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. The minimum annual salary for the Sr. Finance Analyst position is $80,000, and the max salary is $85,000. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
