The Senior Project Manager, NPI Ops will be responsible for facilitation, oversight and project management of projects related to supply chain.
Duties and Responsibilities
Under general direction, and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position: The Senior Project Manager, NPI Ops will be responsible for facilitation, oversight and project management of supply chain projects, including introduction of new products and transfers of existing project lines Acts as subject matter expert in the fields of operations, supply chain, and manufacturing. Anticipates internal and external business challenges and recommends countermeasures or process improvements Manages extended operations team project resources. Forecasts resource needs, proactively identifies resource issues, and works with leadership to identify solutions Sets clear expectations for team and establishes roles and responsibilities. Coaches team members when necessary to ensure team goals are met Demonstrates an understanding of business partner’s needs and manages satisfaction relative to deliverables Coordinates and communicates with business partners to ensure the alignment of plan objectives to activities Identifies, monitors, and proactively mitigates/countermeasures risks. Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level Performs other duties assigned as neededQualifications
Education:
High School or Equivalent Associate’s Degree Bachelor’s Degree Master’s Degree PhD DegreePreferred:
Business Management or technical discipline with an emphasis on Operations / Supply ChainPreferred:

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 133,600.00 - 248,500.00
