Senior Project Manager
**About the Role:** As aSenior Project Manager, you will provide consulting services and manage a teamresponsible for providing advanced management services to a high-profile clientaccount to help achieve the company's strategic real estate objectives. This is a Hybrid role that will require onsite presence in the client's offices a minimum of three days per week in New York City. Thisposition falls under the Project Management function, you will be responsiblefor the management of projects from strategic planning through initiation andcompletion. **What You’ll Do:** Beresponsible for all aspects of commercial real estate projects for a large techclient including but not limited to Project execution and management, procurementand resource management as well as leadership,communications and strategies. **Project Execution and Management** + Directlymanage all aspects of multiple real estate projects, including strategy,planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. + Partnerwith clients to develop essential project elements, including the scope ofwork, resource requirements for delivery, cost estimates & budget, cashflow management, schedule & milestones, quality control measures, and riskidentification and mitigation strategies. + ComprehensiveStakeholder and Vendor management throughout the project lifecycle. + Facilitatethe creation of project-specific charters with integrated timelines. + Ensureall project disciplines remain on schedule and proactively resolve or escalateissues. + Leadregular project status meetings for both active and pending projects. + Collaboratewith the team to develop and implement solutions, guiding and driving theproject through completion. **Procurement and Resource Management** + Definerequired project delivery resources and build the project consultant team byselecting from pre-qualified lists or initiating the project qualificationprocess. + Conductcomplex Requests for Proposals (RFPs), complete thorough bid evaluations, andpresent resource recommendations to the client. **Leadership, Communication, and Strategic Impact** + Applyadvanced expertise to research and develop innovative methods for achievingboth individual and departmental objectives. + Demonstratedeep knowledge in your own job discipline while maintaining a strongunderstanding of other functions within the organization. + Driveachievement of client, operational, project, and service objectives acrossmulti-discipline teams. + Contributeto the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational plansto support the achievement of functional goals. This work is governed byfunctional policies that influence the design of new procedures and policies. + Modelbehaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, setting a positive example for theteam. + Advisethe client and enable project stakeholder decisions, effectively persuadeothers, often senior-level stakeholders with divergent interests, to approvecomplex decisions. + Communicatecomplex ideas clearly, exercising the ability to influence key stakeholders. + Provideformal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of juniorteam members, measure success, and conduct performance evaluations. + Coordinateand manage your team's roles and responsibilities, assign tasks, and managework loads. + Mentorand coach others to develop comprehensive knowledge and expertise across most,or all project management functional areas. **What You’ll Need:** + Educationand Experience: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 10-12 years ofrelevant experience. A combination of experience and education will beconsidered in lieu of a degree. + Abilityto report to the client’s offices in New York City a minimum of three days perweek. + Innovation& Problem Solving: + An innovativemindset to develop solutions that extend beyond existing standards. + The abilityto solve unique problems using standard and creative approaches that have abroad impact on the business. + Demonstratedflexibility, adaptability, and mental agility to effectively manage projectswithin a dynamic and always evolving environment. + ProjectManagement Expertise: + Demonstratedability to develop, manage, and drive critical path milestones. + Demonstratedability in cost management and cost control, including forecasting, budgeting,and variance analysis to ensure projects remain within financial constraints. + Specificproject management experience in Core and Shell, and structural projects. + Technical& Organizational Skills: + In-depthknowledge of Google Workspace products, including cloud-based productivity andcollaboration tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, andMeet. + Expertorganizational skills complemented by a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) focusedmindset in order to drive measurable project and team success. + Leadership& Management: + Provenpeople management and leadership experience. _Disclaimer:_ _Please be advised that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE ProjectManagement and Turner & Townsend_ **_were_** _consolidatedinto a single global business entity. The minimum salary for this position is $145,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $170,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
