• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets are met
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
• Ensure alignment between business goals, technical requirements, and operational needs
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee change management activities and ensure smooth adoption of project outcomes
• Support strategic planning and contribute to portfolio‑level decision‑making
Please note that the office location is in Törökbálint.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager of large IT implementation projects, in a Telco sector, preferably on a supplier's side
• Fluency in English and Hungarian languages is must
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field
• Relevant certification (PMP) is a strong advantage
• Ability to lead teams, influence decisions, and drive accountability
