We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise application initiatives across business critical platforms. This role is highly process oriented, operates primarily in Waterfall or Hybrid delivery models, and requires strong stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams, including EMEA support. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with hands on experience managing CRM, Salesforce, and eCommerce projects. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application projects using Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies Drive strong stakeholder engagement, acting as the primary point of contact between business, IT, vendors, and leadership Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and budgets Support global teams, including EMEA stakeholders, coordinating across time zones as required Oversee projects involving Salesforce CRM, CRM integrations, and eCommerce platforms Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and trackers using Smart sheets. Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with established processes, governance standards, and controls Identify and manage scope changes and additional requirements, ensuring proper impact analysis and approvals Create, maintain, and present governance artifacts, including: Project plans and schedules RAID logs Status reports and executive dashboards Change requests and decision logs Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and status reviews Proactively communicate risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation plans PMP certification or similar formal Project Management training is highly preferred given our focus on structured governance.
