They allocate data center opportunities between bitcoin mining and other high performance computing services, such as AI. They continue to develop their pipeline of power capacity at high-quality data center sites, either for bitcoin mining or HPC. Position Summary: We are seeking elite-level Project Managers to lead the delivery of aggressive, fast-track hyperscale data center construction projects. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, owning outcomes, wearing multiple hats, and driving clarity across ambiguity. You will be site-aligned, managing end-to-end project delivery while coordinating across internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities + Own full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale data center projects from concept to turnover. + Serve as the single point of accountability for site-level scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk. Drive fast-track execution strategies, phased turnovers, and parallel workstreams. + Identify and eliminate constraints, long-lead risks, and execution bottlenecks. + Participate in design discussions and ensure constructability, schedule realism, and cost discipline. + Coordinate procurement of mission-critical equipment and manage vendor performance. + Lead construction management, enforcing safety, quality, and schedule adherence. + Integrate efforts across engineering, operations, and finance to ensure project success. + Track and report site-level KPIs, adopting PMO tools and governance frameworks. Qualifications: + 10+ years of project management experience in large-scale construction or mission-critical facilities. + Direct experience delivering data centers is strongly preferred. + Proven success in fast-track, high-pressure, schedule-driven environments. + Deep understanding of electrical power systems and mechanical cooling systems. + Experience managing projects or programs valued between $50M–$500M+. + Strong commercial acumen related to contracts, change orders, and forecasting. + Willingness and ability to travel and be site-embedded when required Education & Certifications: + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) preferred.
