This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and excels at delivering projects on time and within budget. **What You’ll Do:** + Manage complex construction projects with full accountability for scope, budget, and schedule. + Lead planning, customer meetings, pre-construction, construction, and closeout activities. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency. + Provide project updates, reports, and presentations to leadership. + Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and budgets. + Mentor project management staff and propose process improvements. + Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with best practices. **What We’re Looking For:** + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (Master’s a plus). + 6+ years of project management experience overseeing large or complex projects. + Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. + Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Epicor, or similar). + Ability to read blueprints and design drawings. + OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus. + Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites – up to 50% travel **Apply today** to take your project management career to the next level.
