Our client, a nationally recognized construction management firm is seeking a **Senior Project Manager** to lead the execution and delivery of a large-scale, multi-year healthcare project. This role is based primarily on-site and offers a **robust relocation package** for qualified candidates across the U.S.
**What is the Job?**
+ Oversee the full lifecycle of large or complex construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards
+ Lead project safety planning and implementation in collaboration with corporate safety teams
+ Manage financial forecasting, billing, and contract compliance
+ Develop and execute project-specific quality and closeout plans
+ Supervise and motivate project teams including superintendents, engineers, and administrative staff
+ Lead subcontractor strategy, scope development, and buyout processes
+ Create and manage CPM schedules, identifying risks and mitigation strategies
+ Collaborate with business development teams to support client relationships and project pursuits
+ Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and support career development of team members
**Who You Are**
+ A strategic leader with strong technical expertise and communication skills
+ Experienced in managing complex construction projects, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or data centers
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
+ Skilled in project controls, scheduling, and risk management
+ Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
+ Able to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
**What is Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
+ 8–12 years of experience in project management for large-scale commercial or industrial construction
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry-standard software (e.g., Procore, Primavera)
+ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
