Technical consultation, project management, and construction management including managing the minor and major works across a number of sectors including corporate fit-out, commercial refurbishment, and capital works across single engagements, repeat clients and portfolio clients across Japan.Planning, executing, monitoring and controlling projects within budget, schedule and quality constraints.Pricing negotiation with vendors and contractors.Manage the full procurement process including tendering, evaluations and contract management on behalf of clientsBuilding construction management and cost estimatingStakeholder management and communication, negotiation and conflict management.Solid organizational management including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsOperate well in a team environment as well as a high degree of autonomySales activities to maintain relationships with new and existing clients and to win projects
